Carline holds a BA (Hons) in Industrial Psychology from UNISA, and has subsequently completed a Management Development Programme (MDP) at the University of Stellenbosch. She started her career in personnel recruitment in 1997 and established her own business, Exceed Human Resource Consultants, in 2000. She is also an executive director of the Exceed Group. |
