Job Description: 

  • Accounting and Financial Management
  • Manage daily accounting operations using Xero software.
  • Process and reconcile bank transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, payments, and financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
  • Administrative Support
  • Handle administrative tasks for the family office team.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Organise and maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, including banks, lawyers, and advisors.
  • Banking and Payments
  • Load and process banking payments accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SAIPA / CIMA qualifications would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and banking processes.
  • High level of computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
