Job Description:
- Accounting and Financial Management
- Manage daily accounting operations using Xero software.
- Process and reconcile bank transactions.
- Prepare invoices, payments, and financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
- Administrative Support
- Handle administrative tasks for the family office team.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Organise and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Coordinate with external service providers, including banks, lawyers, and advisors.
- Banking and Payments
- Load and process banking payments accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAIPA / CIMA qualifications would be an advantage
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and banking processes.
- High level of computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
