Job Description: 

  • Processing of purchase orders
  • Processing of invoices
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Processing of payments
  • Managing of vendors
  • Keeping records and reporting on irregularities
  • Shipping of products locally and internationally
  • Improving financial processes


  • Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification2
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a bookkeeper or similar
  • Familiarity with accounting software and/or systems
  • Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to interpret financial data, perform calculations, and reconcile accounts accurately.
  • Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements
