Job Description: 

  • ⁠Maintain accurate financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Utilise accounting software to track transactions and reconcile accounts.
  • ⁠Generate financial reports for management review.
  • ⁠Manage payroll processing, invoicing, and tax preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.


  • Bookkeeping up to trial balance
  • Experience in monthly write-up work
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
