Bookkeeper

Job Description: 

  • Daily processing and capturing of supplier invoices
  • Weekly and monthly supplier reconciliations
  • Weekly and monthly payroll calculations
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and allocations

Qualifications: 

  • Relevant Degree or Diploma required
  • Bookkeeping experience: minimum 3 years required
  • Proficient on excel and word.
  • Previous experience on Xero, Dext and Simplepay (or similar)
  • Previous experience in the restaurant/FMCG industry would be advantageous.
  • Needs to be detailed orientated
