Claims Administrator

Job Description: 

  • Process and manage claims submitted by clients on the portal.
  • Review claim details and compare them with the insurer’s documentation.
  • Make claims “live” once verified.
  • Prepare daily payments for clients.
  • Process quotes for parts and issue authorizations for suppliers.
  • Ensure payments from insurers are received and follow up when necessary.
  • Monitor clients’ bank accounts daily and allocate funds correctly.
  • Ensure clients stay within their limits and do not default due to non-payment.
  • Handle clients professionally, even in difficult situations.
  • Follow established processes carefully to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications: 

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Senior Certificate – a relevant Diploma or Certificate will be beneficial
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in claims, finance, or insurance is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
