Job Description:
- Cashbook processing and mapping – ensuring allocations are correct as confirmed with the Accountant
- Capturing supplier invoices and ensuring this is reconciled to the supplier statement monthly
- Various reconciliations (Bank, General ledger, Debtors and Creditors)
- Preparing payments of suppliers.
- Filing of all supporting documents
- Draft and issue client invoicing.
- General office administration
- Any other reasonable task required by company.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in similar position
