Finance Clerk

Job Description: 

  • Cashbook processing and mapping – ensuring allocations are correct as confirmed with the Accountant
  • Capturing supplier invoices and ensuring this is reconciled to the supplier statement monthly
  • Various reconciliations (Bank, General ledger, Debtors and Creditors)
  • Preparing payments of suppliers.
  • Filing of all supporting documents
  • Draft and issue client invoicing.
  • General office administration
  • Any other reasonable task required by company.

Qualifications: 

  •  At least 3 years experience in similar position
