Job Description: 

  • Loading of bank payments.
  • Allocation of payments on system.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Zambia invoicing.
  • Collection, follow-up and reporting of the Zambia receivables.
  • Zambia Revenue Authority reconciliations.
  • Opening jobs in the system.
  • Provide support to Zambia office where required.
  • Handling of credit applications.
  • General administrative tasks.

Qualifications: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or financial role.
  • Relevant qualification will count in the candidate’s favour.
