Financial Administrator

Job Description: 

  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Process collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Checks and balances for month end reporting.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with budget preparation and analysis.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team.

Qualifications: 

  • Diploma or certificate in accounting or finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in a finance administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
