Financial Administrator

Job Description:
- Process invoices and payments.
- Process collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Checks and balances for month end reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with budget preparation and analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in accounting or finance.
- 2+ years of experience in a finance administration role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
