Job Description:

Extract, standardize and consolidate investment data from multiple sources in Excel

Record and quality check stock trades, transfers and any movements in client accounts

Communicate and resolve any movements in client accounts that do not match client instructions or predetermined expectations

Trade Calculations

Quality check statement values and performance figures

Create daily, weekly and monthly investment holding reports

Monthly attribution reports

Quarterly Fee Calculations

Extract financial data on investment instruments from Bloomberg

Qualifications:

Advanced Excel

SQL knowledge

Bloomberg
