Financial Services Manager

Job Description: 

• Reporting into the Group Manager Financial Services & E-Commerce
• Managing the credit risk for the group within a region.
• Subject matter expert, managing the credit approval process, corporate governance compliance
• The credit pipeline activities for specific portfolios.
• Proper implementation of the credit system and the presentation of credit related reports.
• Cultivation of good relationships with customers and trade, to expand the business.

Qualifications: 

• BCom Degree with financial subjects / related field
• 4 years related experience in an agricultural retail sector.
• Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency at all levels.
• Extensive knowledge of credit management processes and controls
