Operations, Finance & Compliance Manager

Job Description: 

  • Oversee and optimise daily operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage all financial functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including reporting and audits.
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflows for processes such as client onboarding and account management.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and team to align operational objectives with strategic goals.
  • Utilise tools like Monday.com and Xero to improve project management and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and service providers to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Compile detailed and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant CA(SA) or equivalent qualification in Accounting / Finance
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior administrative or operational role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with financial software (e.g., Xero) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Proven ability to compile and present comprehensive and accurate reports.
