Job Description:
- Oversee and optimise daily operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage all financial functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including reporting and audits.
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows for processes such as client onboarding and account management.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and team to align operational objectives with strategic goals.
- Utilise tools like Monday.com and Xero to improve project management and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and service providers to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Compile detailed and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant CA(SA) or equivalent qualification in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior administrative or operational role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with financial software (e.g., Xero) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Proven ability to compile and present comprehensive and accurate reports.
