Operations & Systems Manager

Job Description: 

  • Systems & Reporting:
    • Business Central Dynamics 365 & Produce Linc
    • Maintain relationship with the System development team.
    • Implement new developments and innovations.
    • Manage the system developers and service providers.
    • Manage open tickets with the System development team.
    • Maintain all Master data.
    • Support staff with any Business Central enquiries
    • Manage all job queues within Business Central to ensure system effectiveness.
    • Build custom report layouts.
    • Manage all system change requests from the company by detail developing of all scope changes.
    • Ensure the necessary reports are send out and communicated with the relevant parties.
  • Vendor Portal:
    • Ensure new vendors are set up. Communicate login details with vendors and assist with queries.
  • Power BI:
    • Daily/Weekly monitoring of reports to ensure accurate and updated BI Reports
    • Maintain current reports and update queries where needed.
    • Build and innovate new reports.
  • Information Technology:
    • Manage and maintain relationship with the Service providers such as IT service providers, Internet services provider etc.
    • Manage all IT infrastructure in collaboration with the Service Provider.
    • Ensure the company’s systems is operational according to pre-set times.
    • Procurement of computer hardware equipment and ensure staff is operational equipped.
    • Manage Microsoft 365 data and set-up of OneDrive and/or SharePoint accounts.
  • Innovation:
    • Analyse business processes and procedures and implement effective solutions to make it more efficient.
    • Proficiency in analysing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Management (on fill-in bases)
    • Cost Accounting
    • Payroll
    • Supplemental financial related responsibilities

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management or related field.
  • Above-average leadership-, communication-, problem-solving- and attention to detail qualities.
  • Sound customer relations and customer service abilities.
  • Pro-active approach to enhance teamwork and time management.
  • Proficient technical skills in applicable software and, preferably, an understanding of the fruit export industry.
