  • Submit invoices for payments and Follow up with finance for Proof of payments
  • File documentation, records and tracker for audit purposes
  • Consolidate and submit monthly regional expenses for reps and managers
  • Accountability of tasks to deliver efficiently and accurately
  • Region Allocation of promo, DI and office management
  • Compiling of databases, planners and feedback reports
  • Taking minutes for team meetings
  • Support the regional managers, reps and marketing managers for all Adhoc admin
  • Travel arrangements (accommodation , flights, and car) and registration of new travelers
  • SOP’s – collation of acknowledgments
  • Risk and auditing – when there is an audit, information must be   readily available
  • Assist in CPD meeting documentation collation and certificates
  • Covid-19 – Screening
  • Reporting regional IT issues
  • Assist with RSM interviews and updating / getting all info require for the new reps
  • Courier and allocate promotional materials – notify reps
  • Office Suppliers, Consumables and maintenance
  • Courier and allocate promotional materials – notify reps
  • Filing, Printing, Copying


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Own Transport
