Job Description: 

  • Sales Management
  • Lead and manage local and national sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and sales performance.
  • Develop sales strategies to target new customers, increase market share, and retain existing clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Create and execute marketing plans that align with the company’s sales goals, brand vision, and target audience.
  • Oversee and manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engage with customers.
  • Coordinate and create promotional campaigns, product launches, and events to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to the wine shop.
  • Develop engaging content, including photography, videos, and written material, to be shared across digital platforms.
  • Brand Development
  • Maintain the brand’s identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work closely with distributors and partners to align on brand messaging and promotional efforts.
  • Manage the design and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Develop loyalty programs, special offers, and exclusive events for customers to increase repeat business.
  • Respond to inquiries and feedback from customers via social media and other platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, social media engagement, and marketing campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the retail, wine, or beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement engaging marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of campaigns and sales activities.
