Job Description: 

  • Detail-Oriented in Administrative Tasks: Responsible for managing administrative processes and ensuring accurate task completion.
  • Invoicing & Cost Verification: Handle monthly customer invoicing and verify associated costs.
  • Customer & Patient Interaction: Assist in the receiving area, providing friendly and professional service to customers and patients, especially when the receptionist is unavailable.

Qualifications: 

  • Accounting experience required
