- Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to capture data efficiently.
- Generate reports, analyse information, and maintain accurate records.
- Data Capture: Responsible for accurately capturing and maintaining information in Excel spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity and completeness in all records.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with general administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, scheduling, and handling office correspondence.
- Report directly to the Partner within the accounting firm.
- Client Information Management: Capture and update information for new clients.
- Maintain client databases and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Communication Skills: Make phone calls to relevant authorities such as SARS (South African Revenue Service), and clients for information gathering and follow-ups.
- Time Tracking: Capture and manage all hours worked by staff and clients, ensuring accurate records for billing and reporting purposes.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
