Branch Administrator

Job Description: 

  • The Branch Administrator will oversee the everyday operations of the branch
  • Delegating tasks to relevant personnel
  • Overseeing various departments
  • Ensuring productivity and efficiency of all personnel
  • Implementing disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Engaging in operational planning
  • Liaising with other branches, Head Office, and customer
  • Manage daily branch operations, including but not limited to Stores, Dispatch, Production, Admin, Customer Services, and Sales
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to staff
  • Monitor and enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Handle disciplinary actions
  • Plan and execute operational strategies
  • Maintain communication with other branches, Head Office, and customers
  • Participate in sales activities and achieve sales targets

Qualifications: 

  • Qualifications in business administration, management, supply chain, or a related field can be beneficial
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
