Job Description:
- The Branch Administrator will oversee the everyday operations of the branch
- Delegating tasks to relevant personnel
- Overseeing various departments
- Ensuring productivity and efficiency of all personnel
- Implementing disciplinary actions when necessary
- Engaging in operational planning
- Liaising with other branches, Head Office, and customer
- Manage daily branch operations, including but not limited to Stores, Dispatch, Production, Admin, Customer Services, and Sales
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to staff
- Monitor and enhance productivity and efficiency
- Handle disciplinary actions
- Plan and execute operational strategies
- Maintain communication with other branches, Head Office, and customers
- Participate in sales activities and achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Qualifications in business administration, management, supply chain, or a related field can be beneficial
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Possess a valid driver’s license
