Communications Coordinator

Descriptions:

  • Provide administrative support 
  • Maintain production schedules
  • Assist with maintaining communications libraries
  • Scheduling and/or publishing of content to social media and other digital platforms
  • Assist with monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
  • Conduct research that enables effective content production
  • Be prepared and willing to perform tasks outside the given job description when asked from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Post-matric qualification in Communication, Journalism, Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Detail-orientated, highly organised, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional command of the English language.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Experience with scheduling content to social media channels.
  • Experience in desktop publishing.
