Job Description:
- Attend company meetings
- Stock control and management – follow up with suppliers
- Ordering of new stock
- Allocation of stock based on job cards
- Respond to client enquires (telephonic and on email)
- Invoices (create, submit, follow-up)
- Management of creditors / debtors
- Follow up on client quotations
- Work alongside MD
- General support to management team
- All administrative duties applicable to this position
- Work closely with Auditors
Qualifications:
- Senior Certificate
- Relevant Certificate or Diploma required
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar administrative / operational position
