Company & Office Manager

Job Description: 

  • Attend company meetings
  • Stock control and management – follow up with suppliers
  • Ordering of new stock
  • Allocation of stock based on job cards
  • Respond to client enquires (telephonic and on email)
  • Invoices (create, submit, follow-up)
  • Management of creditors / debtors
  • Follow up on client quotations
  • Work alongside MD
  • General support to management team
  • All administrative duties applicable to this position
  • Work closely with Auditors

Qualifications: 

  • Senior Certificate
  • Relevant Certificate or Diploma required
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar administrative / operational position
