Customer Care Consultant

Job Description: 

  • Customer service – processing orders, handling all correspondence, sell products/services, processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc
  • General assistance – counting stock, assisting in warehouse, etc
  • Attention to detail and close communication with Sales Manager/Technical Advisor with regards to pricing related to East Africa
  • Ability to work on strict turnaround times with regards to customer feedback
  • Ability to be proactive with all relevant internal departments to offer products either due to out of stocks or alternative options

Qualifications: 

  • Grade 12
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
  • Excellent telephonic skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • SADC experience
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience and understanding of shipping into Africa and documentation requirements
  • SADC or East Africa experience
  • SAP working knowledge
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment
