Executive Assistant

Job Description: 

  • Executive Assistant duties to CEO / CFO
  • Board meeting co-ordination, board pack composition, agenda, minutes etc.
  • Provide financial administrative support to HR Manager
  • Diary management, meeting co-ordination and minute taking.
  • Travel arrangements
  • Liaison with banks (FICA, Credit/Petrol cards opening and closing)
  • Management of Company records and agreements
  • Performing financial administrative duties
  • Ad hoc duties and special projects support (e.g. cell phone contracts)


  • Executive Assistant Diploma / Business Administration tertiary qualification
  • Proficient in MS office suite, advanced MS Word & Excel and business administration skills.
  • Preferred 7+ years’ work experience in an Executive Assistant role in a corporate environment.
