Junior Service Coordinator

Job Description: 

  • Manage switchboard.
  • Follow up with stores on documentation not received.
  • Manage all paperwork as needed.
  • Book technician accommodation.
  • Process sub-contractor invoices.
  • Arrange Courier for spares.
  • Generate casual wages purchase requisition and send to Finance.
  • Check Technicians clock-in/out for overtime calculation.
  • Scheduling call outs with in-house technicians and sub-contractors
  • Logging and managing tickets on in-house system to ensure efficient and accurate closing of tickets meeting month-end deadlines.
  • Technician scheduling and execution of the service call for a region.
  • Prepare customer quotes.
  • Customer Feedback regarding call outs
  • Stand-by 2 weeks per month- after hours and over weekend/public holidays

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative work. 5 Years plus will be an advantage.
  • Minimum qualification Grade 12.
  • IT knowledge and capability: Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point. Experience on Sage Evolution an advantage.
  • Willingness to work standby 2 weeks plus weekends. Will be paid the standard standby allowance.
  • Excellent English communication capability. African language will be an advantage.
  • Clear and professional articulation when answering the switchboard.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work against a deadline, solving problems pro-actively.
  • Able to work under pressure.
