Office & Administrative Manager

Job Description:
- Communication with clients (verbal and written – in person, via email or phone)
- Create invoices on Sage
- Administration of client accounts
- Stock control
- Processing orders from clients, allocating stock for deliveries
- Scheduling deliveries to clients for smaller orders with company vehicle.
- Arranging courier services for bigger orders
- Day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assisting Directors as required
Qualifications:
- Senior Certificate or Administrative related Certificate or Diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Bilingual – Afrikaans and English
- Drivers licence and own transport
- Good organisational skills
- Computer literate – including knowledge of Sage
