Office & Administrative Manager

Job Description: 

  • Communication with clients (verbal and written – in person, via email or phone)
  • Create invoices on Sage
  • Administration of client accounts
  • Stock control
  • Processing orders from clients, allocating stock for deliveries
  • Scheduling deliveries to clients for smaller orders with company vehicle.
  • Arranging courier services for bigger orders
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assisting Directors as required

Qualifications: 

  • Senior Certificate or Administrative related Certificate or Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual – Afrikaans and English
  • Drivers licence and own transport
  • Good organisational skills
  • Computer literate – including knowledge of Sage
