Job Description: 

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and organize meetings for the executive team.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and research.
  • Basic Finance: Help with managing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing basic financial reports.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organize events, client meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Document Management: Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence; maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Office Organization: Ensure smooth office operations, including inventory management, office supplies, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Other Tasks: Provide general administrative support as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a customer-facing position
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfortable with basic finance tasks (invoices, expenses, basic budgeting)
  • A creative mindset with an interest in marketing and social media management
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work
