Job Description:
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and organize meetings for the executive team.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication.
- Marketing Support: Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and research.
- Basic Finance: Help with managing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing basic financial reports.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize events, client meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Document Management: Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence; maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Office Organization: Ensure smooth office operations, including inventory management, office supplies, and day-to-day logistics.
- Other Tasks: Provide general administrative support as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role or a customer-facing position
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable with basic finance tasks (invoices, expenses, basic budgeting)
- A creative mindset with an interest in marketing and social media management
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work
