Job Description:
- Submit bank statements to auditors
- Electronic payments (when approved)
- Administrative responsibilities
- Emails and general communication
- All statutory & regulatory reports and submissions
- Insurance policies and claims
- Utilities management
- Contract management
- Renewal of licences
- Electronic (cloud) filing system
- Travel arrangements
- Visum arrangements
- Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Senior Certificate and any type of tertiary education
- 10 years relevant experience in an administrative position
- Computer Literate
