Job Description: 

  • Submit bank statements to auditors
  • Electronic payments (when approved)
  • Administrative responsibilities
  • Emails and general communication
  • All statutory & regulatory reports and submissions
  • Insurance policies and claims
  • Utilities management
  • Contract management
  • Renewal of licences
  • Electronic (cloud) filing system
  • Travel arrangements
  • Visum arrangements
  • Additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications: 

  • Senior Certificate and any type of tertiary education
  • 10 years relevant experience in an administrative position
  • Computer Literate
