Job Description: 

• Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of patient care.
• Manage administrative staff, schedules, and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Implement and maintain the use of Elixir Live for practice management.
• Coordinate with medical staff and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.  

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in managing a GP practice or similar healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in Elixir Live or similar practice management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player who fosters a positive work environment.
