Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to Sales teams to meet minimum performance deliverables
  • Assist in taking admin related calls
  • Manage the administrative processes with regards to product distribution to clients
  • Making calls to follow up with customers and also taking sales calls when necessary
  • Update customers on the status of their orders
  • Assist with all compliance tasks
  • Produce reports and feedback to the Financial Manager and Sales Manager
  • Analysis and feedback on Sales Administration statistics


  • Experience in financial and sales admin is essential.
  • Matric or tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Minimum 1-year administration in a call center environment and/or call center experience preferable.
