- Provide administrative support to Sales teams to meet minimum performance deliverables
- Assist in taking admin related calls
- Manage the administrative processes with regards to product distribution to clients
- Making calls to follow up with customers and also taking sales calls when necessary
- Update customers on the status of their orders
- Assist with all compliance tasks
- Produce reports and feedback to the Financial Manager and Sales Manager
- Analysis and feedback on Sales Administration statistics
- Experience in financial and sales admin is essential.
- Matric or tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 1-year administration in a call center environment and/or call center experience preferable.
