Sales Administrator

Job Description: 

  • Prepare deal sheets/promotional discount agreements
  • Update masters/prop docs portal with deal pricing and communicate to applicable Key Accounts and review.
  • Changes to master data on client portals – barcodes, list price, cost price etc
  • Sales Tracking of new listings.
  • Monthly calculations relating to sales for Finance purposes.
  • Update Rep Order Sheets.
  • Load/capture/import all deals on system and portal accurately.
  • Review Daily EDI Order discrepancies and take corrective action.
  • Principal/Customer reporting support as requested.
  • Key Account Performance Review (Include all Suppliers and all Key accounts).
  • Reporting: Internal and external (suppliers and customers).
  • Manage library of product specs and information from Suppliers with new product launches, any new business and any product changes
  • Assist with price increase administration.
  • Compile and update price lists – Add products, check pricing vs costings, check barcodes vs Embrace, check SOH, delete discontinued products
  • Price comparisons


  • Previous experience in a sales administration preferential
  • Computer Literate with proficiency in MS Office
  • Excel Intermediate
  • SAP experience would be advantageous
