Job Description:
- Corporate Governance and Compliance
- General Finance Assistant duties to CFO
- Providing administrative assistance
- Assist with BBEEE and financial audits
- Liaison with banks and suppliers
- Liaison with SARS
- CIPC Company registrations and Contract administration
- Management of records
- Performing minor accounting & HR duties
- Minute taking
- Ad hoc duties and special projects as allocated from time to time
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to handle matters professionally, confidentially and sensitively.
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Experience supporting Finance Executive or a similar role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated with a positive “can do” approach
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Financial Diploma / Business Administration Diploma
- Computer literate with competence in Microsoft Office 365, (Advanced Excel) (Advanced Word)
- Knowledge in Corporate Governance / Company secretarial
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Finance Assistant
