Job Description: 

  • Corporate Governance and Compliance
  • General Finance Assistant duties to CFO
  • Providing administrative assistance
  • Assist with BBEEE and financial audits
  • Liaison with banks and suppliers
  • Liaison with SARS
  • CIPC Company registrations and Contract administration
  • Management of records
  • Performing minor accounting & HR duties
  • Minute taking
  • Ad hoc duties and special projects as allocated from time to time
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to handle matters professionally, confidentially and sensitively.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour
  • Experience supporting Finance Executive or a similar role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated with a positive “can do” approach
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail


  • Financial Diploma / Business Administration Diploma
  • Computer literate with competence in Microsoft Office 365, (Advanced Excel) (Advanced Word)
  • Knowledge in Corporate Governance / Company secretarial
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Finance Assistant
