Tax Administrator/Bookkeeper

Job Description:
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable/receivable and reconciling bank statements.
- Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Process general ledger entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing financial statements.
- Provide support with company secretarial duties, including maintaining corporate records and filing necessary documents.
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Handle administrative tasks related to financial and tax matters, including data entry and document management.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Tax, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in tax administration and/or bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Exposure to company secretarial duties is highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a junior position with in-house training provided.
