Job Description:
- Manage calendar, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Consulting with different Service Providers to ensure smooth account opening process.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies in all client interactions and administrative tasks.
- Ensure customer records are correctly created and kept updated.
- Applying FICA knowledge as per FSCA requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up discrepancies and escalate any exceptions to management.
- Attending to email and telephonic enquiries from Wealth Managers and assistants timeously.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Ensure effective problem solving of enquiries from departments.
- Ad-hoc duties when assigned, department related.
- Processing Switches and Top Ups.
- Providing excellent service to Wealth Managers/assistants/clients
- Perform any reasonable task requested from the company
- Prepare for client’s meetings, client reviews, and policy schedules
Qualifications:
- Matric or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 3 years investment administration or previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry will be preferable
- Knowledge of FICA as per FSCA requirements and Regulatory Compliance
