Farm Manager (Citrus)

Job Description: 

• Manage and optimize all citrus production activities on the farm
• Support and guide local teams in implementing the best Farming practices
• Monitor crop health and execute timely interventions
• Implement and track fertilisation, irrigation, and spraying programs
• Plan and coordinate harvest activities
• Ensure high standards of farm hygiene, safety, and sustainability
• Report directly to the Fruit Production Manager on progress and challenges
• Contribute to the ongoing development and innovation of the farm

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy or similar (BSc required)
• Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in citrus farming
• Energetic and motivated attitude, with a hunger to learn and grow in the role
• Ability to lead field workers and take ownership of day-to-day farm tasks
• Strong understanding of crop nutrition, pest management, and irrigation
• Fluent in English
• Willing to relocate to Vietnam and commit to the project long-term
