Operations Manager: Table Grapes

Job Description: 

• This established table grape farm is looking for an energetic, dynamic and driven person to join their successful team. If you are a hardworking and self-driven individual with a love for farming, we would like to hear from you.
• The applicant will be responsible under general management for the management of a production unit that includes all aspects of production, labor, warehouse, and quality management

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years proven management experience in all aspects of table grape cultivation
• A relevant agricultural qualification will be beneficial
• Systems literacy with good computer skills
• Thorough knowledge of irrigation, fertilisation, spraying and quality management systems
• Basic technical and mechanical knowledge and background
• Must be able to function independently and under pressure, but also as part of a team
