Production Packhouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Packhouse Manager with a strong background in citrus operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and possess a deep understanding of citrus production processes. This role is critical for managing floor operations and ensuring productivity within the packhouse.

Job Description: 

• Oversee all aspects of packhouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity.
• Manage daily floor activities, including staffing, scheduling, and training of packhouse employees.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the packhouse environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications: 

• Relevant Qualification required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on citrus production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
