Architectural Technologist

Our client is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Architectural Technologist OR Junior Architect with a passion for residential and interior design. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a high-speed environment, collaborate efficiently, and produce detailed working drawings.

Job Description: 

• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Revit (essential), MS Office, and Adobe Suite. No other programs will be considered.
• Technical Drawings & Construction: Must have a deep understanding of technical drawings, construction, and detailing.
• Working Drawings: Ability to produce accurate and high-quality working drawings, coordinated with other disciplines.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with architects, designers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Administrative & Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong administrative abilities to manage tasks efficiently.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Must be adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Location Requirement: Preferably residing in or near Franschhoek/Paarl, as onsite visits and office presence are required
