Design Engineer (Planters)

Job Description: 

• Design of various components and systems specific for large grain planters.
• Development and testing of new concepts and prototypes.
• Verification of in-field performance during field visit.
• Manufacturing support in factory.

Qualifications: 

• A degree in B Eng (Mechanical or Mechatronics) will be a minimum requirement, and at least 5-10 years work experience would be preferred.
• Experience in agriculture would be a plus point.
• A whiz with SOLIDWORKS and a flair for design with FEA analysis experience.
• The ability to step back, study and understand the bigger picture.
• The focus to design the detail meticulously, letting nothing to chance.
• The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• The ability and self-drive to meet targets.
• Energetic, positive, finding original solutions for complex problems.
• The ability to take projects to products.
