Junior Millwright

Job Description: 

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Support senior millwrights in disassembling and reassembling machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and problem-solving.
• Learn to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.  

Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in millwrighting or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
