Job Description:
- Facilitating and driving implementation of Total Quality Management System across all sites and divisions.
- Initiating, reviewing, approving and implementing SOPs and Quality Manual per the required process.
- Implementation of an effective recall system compliant to IBCO requirements.
- Management of Deviations, change control and corrective actions as per approved SOPs.
- Management of self-inspections programs ensuring recommendations are made and corrective and preventative actions identified and implemented effectively.
- Leading Quality review meetings within Group Quality Assurance.
- Implementing an annual risk schedule and ensuring risk assessments are done according to the schedule and approved SOP.
- Management of customer complaints process to meet investigation timelines and complaint closure.
- Performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrences with deviations and negative audit findings.
- Ensure Staff members are adequately trained and perform their jobs to a satisfactory standard.
- Drive continual process improvements based on the latest Manufacturing trends and guidelines.
- Implement adequate measures for all quality systems.
- Maintaining the laboratory used for quality controls.
Qualifications:
- BSc/BEng/B-Tech or Diploma in relevant quality/process education
- Six Sigma/ISO certification would be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years experience in a process manufacturing environment
- Management experience as a Process Specialist, Quality Engineer or Quality Manager
