Our client is looking for a positive and talented Chef de Partie to join their group as part of their exceptional culinary team in London, UK


  • Run sections and have good filleting experience
  • Understanding of flavors balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
  • Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
  • Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
  • Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
  • Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
  • Train new kitchen staff


  • One year experience of a high-volume, quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role
  • Passionate about Mediterranean Cuisine and Seasonality
  • Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
  • Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen
  • Good command of English language
  • Strong team ethic, always showing respect for your colleagues
