Job Description: 

  • Customer Service
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  • Take accurate orders for food and beverages.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and menus.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient service to all guests.
  • Maintain a friendly and engaging demeanor with all customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Beverage Preparation
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, coffees, and teas.
  • Maintain proper stock levels of all bar supplies.
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Adhere to all liquor licensing laws and regulations.
  • Bar Operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Control inventory and minimize wastage.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area for events.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork
  • Work effectively as part of a team with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff.
  • Assist with other duties as required, such as clearing tables and assisting with food service.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Barman/Bartender in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hospitality setting).
  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality or bartending (advantageous).
