Community Projects Manager

Job Description:

• Design and manage strategies for community engagement within the organization.

• Plan and coordinate wellness programs, mental health initiatives, and awareness campaigns.

• Lead upliftment projects such as volunteer work, mentorship, and social impact actions.

• Organize and facilitate community events for the organization and our Aftercare Centre.

• Develop campaigns to promote community and wellness projects.

• Monitor participation and feedback, and use data to improve programs.

Qualifications:

• A relevant qualification will be advantageous.

• 10 years of experience in community management and/or employee support or a similar role.

• Proven experience in planning and executing successful upliftment or wellness projects.

• Proficient in both Afrikaans and English.

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Creative thinker and self-driven with a passion for community building and individual well-being.

• An empathetic personality with an inclusive and positive outlook on life.
