  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff to perform allocated roles
  • Assist with the managing of bar inventory
  • Assist customers with any queries or requests


  • Must have managed the floor of a busy 200 or more seater restaurant
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Qualification in the hospitality industry advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in sales would be advantageous
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Must reside in Stellenbosch or surrounding area
  • Own transport would be preferred as errands will be required from time to time
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience
