Description:
- Supervise staff
- Train staff to perform allocated roles
- Assist with the managing of bar inventory
- Assist customers with any queries or requests
Qualifications:
- Must have managed the floor of a busy 200 or more seater restaurant
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role
- Qualification in the hospitality industry advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales would be advantageous
- Proven organisational skills
- Must reside in Stellenbosch or surrounding area
- Own transport would be preferred as errands will be required from time to time
- Salary will be commensurate with experience
