Job Description:  

  • Stock Control: Manage inventory, conduct audits, reorder supplies, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, create schedules, and resolve conflicts.
  • Structural Development: Develop and enforce SOPs, ensure compliance with health regulations, and implement process improvements.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, handle feedback, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in food and beverage management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory and personnel management, and health and safety regulations.
