Description:

• Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
• Consistent staff training & Staff management
• Floor management
• Staff rostering and management of payroll hours
• Stock management
• Must be able to manage cash-ups
• Internal and external events execution and management

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry
• Front of House experience
• Enthusiasm about the role
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership abilities
• Confidence, friendly and approachable 6. Strong hospitality and service delivery skills 7. Knowledge about the food and beverages industry
