Job Description:
- Building and maintaining successful commercial business relationships with customers.
- Joint formulation of customer strategies with the Industrial Sales Manager.
- Assist with price maintenance, product ranging and new product listings.
- Joint development of account plans to deliver on channel KPI’s.
- Analyse, compile and review performance of accounts as well as competitor dynamics to deliver maximum sales and profit.
- Drive New Product Development sessions with customers.
- Implement the agreed pricing policies.
- Develop the appropriate cross functional contact strategy (includes identifying key contacts & establishing frequency of contact) with assigned customers.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification – Food Technology, Hospitality Management, Formal Cheffing Qualification, Business Management
- Computer literacy – Excel a must
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience within Foodservice, Food Production or Production Kitchen environment
- Experience in Dairy, New Product Development will be an advantage.
