HR Administrator

Job Description: 

  • PS Information & Reporting
  • Create, files and maintain all relevant employee documents on the electronic filing systems once captured on SAGE 300 People.
  • Assist and resolve all ESS (leave) application queries for clients.
  • Prepares confirmation of employment letters upon request.
  • Complete maternity contracts with employees before their maternity leave commences.
  • Complete UI19 and UI2.7 forms (terminations & maternity leave).
  • Assists employees with completing all benefit forms and ensure accurate completion in conjunction with employee for processing (pension fund, group life and medical insurance/aid) at the commencement and termination (where applicable) of an employee’s service.
  • Submit all ad hoc Medical Insurance applications and handle related queries.
  • Administration of group risk benefit claims.
  • Administration of appointment process, including offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Assists with the recruitment process when required (i.e. screening, verification checks, preparing interview packs, book psychometric assessments etc.)
  • Assist with language assessment requests.
  • Prepares and tracks all PS Invoices monthly.
  • Assists with SAGE & JIRA Queries e.g. Team changes, etc.

Qualifications: 

  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a PS Administrator in an organisation with 50+ employees.
  • Efficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Experience within the Contact Centre Industry will be advantageous.
  • Experience with SAGE 300 People will be advantageous.
