Job Description: 

  • Reporting into the Executive Manager Human Resources, the incumbent will be responsible for the execution of the company’s human resources strategy, with a specific focus on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, employee value proposition as well as learning and development.

Qualifications: 

  •   B Degree (BCom, or HR Management)
  • 4 Years’ related operational HR Business Partner experience in a retail and/or agricultural retail related industry
  • Ability to engage and effectively communicate with a high level of proficiency at different levels of the organisation
  • Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail
  • Own transport and willingness to travel.
