Job Description: 

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the renewable energy and battery storage space.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business models, energy needs, and sustainability goals to offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling renewable energy solutions and battery storage technologies to existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential client pain points.
  • Assist in crafting proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to secure new projects or expand existing contracts.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals that align with both client needs and company goals.
  • Develop key account strategies to achieve revenue targets and ensure account growth.
  • Monitor account performance, revenue contributions, and profitability, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Liaise with technical, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Partner with marketing and product development teams to customize offerings for client-specific needs.
  • Act as a voice for the customer within the company, advocating for product enhancements or service improvements based on client feedback.
  • Track and report key metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue targets, and project timelines.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, account status reports, and risk assessments.

Qualifications: 

  • BCom degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
  • Minimum of 2 years HR Generalist / Consulting experience.
  • Computer literacy and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience negotiating at the CCMA.
  • Own Drivers Licence
  • Proficient in English
  • Payroll and Timekeeping experience
