HR Generalist (Call Centre)

Job Description: 

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Create an efficient and conflict free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Enhance job satisfaction.
  • VIP Payroll
  •  Training of staff

Qualifications: 

  • Diploma in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years HR Generalist proven experience required
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Recruitment experience
  • Basic understanding of labor legislations
  • Understanding of CCMA processes
  • Able to work independently
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • Organisational skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
