HR Generalist (Call Centre)

Job Description:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Create an efficient and conflict free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Enhance job satisfaction.
- VIP Payroll
- Training of staff
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years HR Generalist proven experience required
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Recruitment experience
- Basic understanding of labor legislations
- Understanding of CCMA processes
- Able to work independently
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
